Some accounts not working

I stumbled on an account that wasnt working yesterday. If the levels on your account are not displayed in the GAME or EDITOR, please say so here. I have been looking into the problem for about an hour with no luck.

Symptoms: The game or editor does not load your account only.

E: I have found the problem, it was not because of user actions. The problem has not been fixed yet as it is quite intensive.
